what in the world is going to happen to our future? ooh my....
between having pro-choice discussions with my son, and now to read that in our lovely forums. so for those of you not reading or don't understand why i am upset. its not the topic of discussion, altho an adult area of There has been discussed to death. i certainly am glad that it will never come to fruition. but its the poster at the end of the topic that anoys me so much... its bad enough... hes a fairly young person, 18-21 if i remember right, but involved in 420 movement (believes in legalization of pot) but now states his finace` is only 16. LOLOLOL ooh yeah there a future leader of our country. not to pick on him personally, i read that he is handicaped and in a wheelchair and from his other posts, he seems fairly intelligent. but where are these parents??? i just don't get how could you allow a 16 year to be engaged? or allow someone to be engaged to a 16 year old. my son would be sooo grounded.
geesh, there so many changes that happen to kids at that ages, girls esp. i mean my god, you hardly have curves at that point???? let alone you are just discovering your sexuality, your streighths and your own way to forge thru the world. ages 15 to 20 arethe most immportant years. its when we learn the most, study the hardest, grow the least :), and change the most. we make the most decisions as well , decisions that effect the rest of our lives. from what classes we take in high school or droping out, to giving in to peer pressure or not, to deciding on drinking, smoking, or experimenting with drugs, on to military experience or not, sex or wait? too many things are going to change in your lives there no way at 15 or 16 you will end up the same person by the time you turn 21 let alone 30. IMO thats the main reason we have so many stupid divorses, too many ppl get married too young and for the wrong reasons. it's not enough to just love someone..
